| STATEMENT |
| At the Royal College of Art, as well as developing his own work as a sculpture, Joe specialized and mastered all aspects of working with various metals from welding to bronze/aluminum casting. He has also completed a number of client based projects for Eduardo Paolozzi, Anthony Caro, Charles Saatchi and Charlie Hooker. He has been commissioned by stains County Council to make a 6 mts high public sculpture to be erected in a redevelopment park by the Thames in April 2002. Before this, he was employed to set up a ceramic based bronze casting foundry and helped on five public sculptures commissioned By the French Arts Council. More recently, he helped build the new Victoria Miro gallery in London.
